Mr. Rodman began his investment career in 1984 in the Financial industry. For the next 16 years, Mr. Rodman held a few key roles which included Senior Managing Director and Head of Proprietary Trading for Union Bank of Switzerland and the Director of Equity Proprietary Trading for First Boston. In 1999, Mr. Rodman launched his own fund and later went on to run his own consulting firm. As a consultant, Mr. Rodman specialized in alternative investment strategies. He worked with a number of large institutions, hedge funds and funds of hedge funds. Mr. Rodman earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Baruch College Graduate School of Business(1984) and a B.A. in Political Science from Boston University (1979). Mr. Rodman currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Baruch College in the department of Economics and Finance, as well as a member of the High Net Worth Client Advisory Board for Bank of America/Merrill Lynch.
Gerald Antell has worked in real estate investment since 1984 when he joined Three Arrows Company, a privately held firm. Mr. Antell worked as an asset manager for properties including retail, office, and multi-family. His expertise included cooperative conversions of rental housing, management, refinancing, capital procurement, purchase and sales transactions, and marketing. In 1998, Mr. Antell formed Larben Assets, L.P., an investment partnership specializing in the purchase, resale, and loan work-outs of distressed residential property. Properties were acquired via REO, pre-foreclosure, and at auction. After substantial renovations, Larben sold properties to end-user purchasers. Mr. Antell personally oversaw all renovations, marketing and sales of these projects. Since 1998, Larben and its related entities have successfully completed over 100 projects. Mr. Antell earned a B.A. in Economics from New York University. Mr. Antell is a Director on several Boards of Directors at residential cooperative properties in Westchester County, N.Y. and has served on a local fundraising committee for the American Heart Association. Mr. Antell is a licensed real estate broker in New York State and is affiliated with Keller-Williams Realty Group in Scarsdale, N.Y.
